While obtaining my Honours Degree in Psychology at the University of Guelph, I developed a deep passion for delving into the complexity of human cognition and understanding how we can best support people to thrive. Wanting to apply these insights practically, I graduated with distinction from Conestoga College, earning a Post Graduate Certification in Human Resources Management.

Since then, I have spent more than ten years leading human resources across multiple industries, gaining knowledge in manufacturing, consumer packaged goods, technology, and engineering.

Drawing from this diverse experience, I now specialise in supporting scaling businesses toward success, with a combination of data driven and inclusive HR solutions, design and systems thinking, leadership strategies, and tech-savviness.
